Concept - Private Residence

So far, it’s only a schematic concept, but the owners demanded a unique idea in a developing tightknit downtown area spread across two wooded lots.  The city’s architectural guidelines call for very traditional exteriors, but this client wanted a more contemporary feel… so we did what we needed with a Tudor(esque) front and side facing the street and a public park.  But the other side and rear evolve (or devolve) into a sleeker and more modern exterior surrounding the private family areas of pool and entertainment oriented rear yard.
