Concept – Condominiums

#20017 (Alpharetta, GA)

Our firm was contracted to create a design that fits a quiet residential street but on the edge of a busy “Main Street" town.  Density increase becomes a needed evolution of a small town, but it’s a real challenge to do it right and get neighborhood and city acceptance.  Our schematic concept for stacked flat condominiums sitting above hidden basement parking was accepted by the political powers but the developer decided otherwise.  So, this design instead will simply inform and inspire the next ideas elsewhere!
