Located on a rural highway north of the Atlanta metro, as far as we know this project remains on paper only.  This scheme conceptualized a commercial area fronting the highway and shielding residential areas behind it.  The lower level is retail/restaurant/mercantile/storefront opportunities, while the 2 floors above host small rental residences accessed on the ends and rear façade. Design inspiration precedence comes from historical examples of Main Streets and small towns across the Southeast.
