This project began as speculative mixed use large development, with our role focused only on the components of for-sale condominium style office/industrial buildings and spaces.  The building design is meant to replicate or mimic the nostalgia of small-town main street buildings rather than push another typical contemporary aesthetic.  Achieving that goal is more difficult when the buildings are only a single story tall.  But the result turned a risky “speculative” endeavor into “presold” status before the buildings were even under construction! The first building is sold out and under construction, while Building #2 is on the drawing boards.
