Office & Athletics Building

This project includes several unique aspects compared to our usual work. It is located on an unused site from over 20 years ago, behind typical stucco retail buildings. The original project followed old county rules, but now it must meet stricter city regulations for traditional architecture. Additionally, the interior features a mix of uses: a standard office space on the upper floors, and on the lower two stories, a high-end training facility for athletes ranging from high school students to professionals.
