Concept - Restaurant “House”

Covid timing temporarily killed this cat, but… the unique idea came back to us at the end of 2024 with a newly altered design challenge.  The story or concept is to create a historic house (early 20th Century Farmhouse) that has been repeatedly modified over the years and most recently converted into a commercial restaurant.  The hope is the community will feel like it’s been there all along.  The interior layout is customized to fit a particular tenant use with porches for seasonal outdoor options throughout the year, and nestled within multiple mature trees in an area that still feels like a historic residential neighborhood.  If architecture is “music frozen in time”, then this "Folk Victorian" style design effort is sure to grab its own unique place in the timeline!
