Longtime family friends wanted their “forever house” and retirement property, so they asked us to help design a masterplan on their 4+ acre tract that includes shared management of a small pond within a multi-shaped lot with large setbacks… in essence it was a real challenge to get everything to fit when the buildable footprint area dwindled down to only about 35% of the total property acreage.  The result is a truly customized Tudoresque style home, separated rustic barn & guest quarters as well as a detached cottage/cabin perfect for game nights and family events!
