The site is approximately 4 acres situated in downtown Crabapple (City of Milton) about 20 minutes west of Alpharetta.  As Milton is a new town, this project continues an important effort to help blend new and old properties together … not just stylistically but with pedestrian flow and pocket parks, etc.  Each of our seven new buildings features several distinct elevations reflecting small town massing, proportion, and architectural details.  Distinct facades draw attention to individual spaces in each building highlighting each retail/ commercial establishment’s unique identity.  Public spaces will include a central plaza, roof top gardens, inter-connected walking paths, and a public green.  Classical architecture that captures enduring, timeless beauty with features purposefully designed to reflect modern era renovations and repurposing.  A blend of brick, stucco, lime washed brick and painted brick that captures the authenticity of “organic” development … all together a composition that stands the test of time and transcends trendy passing fashion.
