Conceptual site design began in 2016, to determine basic layouts of various configurations of multiple buildings on this limited redevelopment area.  The ultimate masterplan showcases multiple commercial opportunities in several buildings, each with its own individuality and architectural identity.  While our firm provided conceptual direction for the other buildings, only Building One was thoroughly designed and engineered by our team.  This building is the face of the Adair Park development as it sits on the primary corner and features a pocket park and upper courtyard as well as a linear position along Woodstock’s upper Main Street.  Inside are both Starbucks coffee shop and Roberto’s Deluxe Oyster Dining (both permitted by our team), private parking underneath and residential condominiums above.
